- Creating and maintaining timeline graphic of KNMF events ( 2005 – present)
- Participation in KNMF public relations planning and production
- Assistance in design and development of building architecture
- Historic mobile preservation
- Historic genealogist archiving hurricanes
- Social science reference librarian
- Curator and archivist
- Preparation of yearly grant applications including budget estimates
- Accounting management
- Supervision and administrative staff
- Contribute to capital campaign fund to help meet the goals and short term objectives
- Assist with the project’s technical green design
- Assistance in rendering a presentable architectural concept model based on sketches
- Construct models of the museum and national memorial
- Collaborate with other environmental research groups to develop the KNMF LEED Platinum Museum
