The Katrina List Project
Intake Form

The Katrina List Project is an interview series chronicling the stories of Gulf Coast residents and those personally impacted by the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. The initiative was originally spearheaded by the Katrina National Memorial Museum Foundation’s founder, R. Omar Casimire. We invite you to submit your and/or your family’s unique story below as it relates to this timeline of events.

The Katrina List Project’s objective is documenting stories and interviews that highlight our shared, cross-cultural struggles. We anticipate this will improve historical equity, and initiate more restorative efforts in mental health awareness and environmental justice across our communities for generations to come.

Please help to keep this initiative alive by supporting our efforts below. Thank you!
